...well, for the blog at least. I decided to stick to the free Weebly account, so to make sure the old site wasn't lost I made a copy, then activated it under the freebie account. Unfortunately (for me anyway) I lost my Blog in the process. BridgtownI started working on a design for the station building, which will probably use the Scalescenes 'CLASP' style kit as a basis. In the process of overlaying it onto the layout plan I found that the platform roads were not parallel. I also confirmed a suspicion that had been niggling in that the track spacing between the front two through roads didn't look like a third road would fit in the middle, the model intended to have had a track removed as per Wolverhampton. So after going back into Templot, correcting the alignment, exporting the PDF, importing to Xara, and tidying up the huge number of lines and shapes to reduce the file size, I'm now back to the stage previously reached and can progress the design further. Nothing new really to show at this stage in picture form. RobertsfieldHaving recently purchased materials to have a go at creating a latex mould from a master, and then resin moulding some Southern concrete station lamps, Osborne's have just announced the availability in the 'Arch Laser' range! That'll be a few of those on order now then.
